Packaging

Please email us at info@ladyestere.com if you would like your jewelry to be boxed separately. In order to reduce wastage, we will try as much as possible to combine jewelry items into a single box whilst ensuring that the items do not get damaged in transit. We encourage you to join our efforts in minimizing packaging. 

Processing Time

Most items are in limited quantities and will be shipped out within 4-7 days.

Fine Jewellery, Solid Gold - these items require more complicated production processes (e.g. for solid gold pieces, we work with our team of gold craftsmen) and may be on "made-to-order" basis. In-stock items will be stated so on the product page and will be shipped out within 4-7 days, otherwise, kindly wait for the "made to order" items to be ready within 4-7 weeks.

An order with multiple items will only be shipped out when all items are ready to ship. On a case by case basis, we may ship out the available items first. 

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

Free tracked shipping within Singapore (1-3 days). You may choose to do self-collection by arranging your own Lalamove/Grab. Please whatsapp us your order number and we will provide the pickup address. For rush orders, kindly reach out to us via our Whatsapp/IG channels. 

Free International Shipping - Taxes & Duties Paid

We provide free standard international shipping to most places in the world. 

Parcels shipped to HK, UK, Australia will arrive Duties & Taxes paid. Product prices shown is all-inclusive. You will not need to pay additional duties & taxes upon arrival. 

International shipping is available for the below destinations. All items are shipped from Singapore, and may be subject to import taxes and duties according to your country's laws and regulations (except Australia, USA & HK which will arrive duties & taxes paid). You will be liable for such taxes and duties when the parcel reaches your port. If you would like to opt for pre-paid duties and taxes, please reach out to us via email or our social media channels with your order number, and we will be happy to make such arrangements on your behalf, if available. 

Please note that the stated shipment time is an estimation, and does not include our production lead times as in the case of "made to order" items. We cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays in international deliveries, including customs delays. We do not accept returns and refunds for purchases made and shipped outside of Singapore.

Lost Shipments / Insurance: Although the 3rd party couriers have never lost any of our parcels to date, we recommend choosing the insured shipping option if you are worried about your package being lost or damaged. If you require assistance, please write to us at info@ladyestere.com.

Important notes:

International "Express" services may require signature as proof of delivery. Please select this option only if you or a representative is able to receive the parcel in person. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Above rates apply to small orders (<500g). Most orders should fall in this category. For bulk orders, additional fees may apply. We will notify you via email after checkout, if a top-up is required.
