Diamonds are diamonds. Lab-Grown Diamonds are identical to mined natural diamonds in all aspects, down to 'DNA', minus the bad stuff of mining. It just happens to be man-made and above ground. Moissanites are rare precious gemstones with extremely close aesthetic and physical properties to diamonds.
